I am
a member of the IAM, can I join SBGAM?
Whether you have moved into our area, or were one of our Associates
who lost contact with SBGAM, you would be most welcome to join our
group. Please visit our Contact
Us page.
I
passed my Advanced Driving Test many years ago, can I do a refresher?
If you took your Advanced Driving Test a number
of years ago and have not been actively involved in one of the IAM
Groups, it is possible that you may have slipped back into some
bad habits. If you would like to have an assessment drive, please
Contact us to arrange
a mutually convenient time.
I
would like to become an Observer, what do I need to do?
For Advanced Drivers who have done for the Skills
for Life programme, you will appreciate the amount of time our volunteers
put into getting Associates ready for their Advanced Driving test.
If you would like to return the favor and become involved with SBGAM
as an Observer, please contact
us to discuss the way forward.
How
much does it cost to join SBGAM
A mere £5.00 per year is all it will cost
to be a member of SBGAM – what a bargain! We may not have
the clout or resources of the IAM, but you will still receive our
Newsletter (printed on plain paper rather than a glossy magazine!).
You will also be welcome to attend our many social and Group events
– including the Annual Dexterity Event where we challenge
other IAM Groups and local emergency services (Fire, Ambulance and
Police) and informative and interesting presentations at our monthly
meetings.
